At Roots & Wings Academy, we are a 100% tuition-funded microschool dedicated to providing a high-quality, student-centered education. For the 2025-26 school year, the annual tuition for part-time enrollment is $. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due at the time of registration. The balance can be paid in (5) installments from August 2025 to January 2026.

Payment Schedule: Monthly tuition is billed in advance and due in FULL by the 1st of each month.

Late Fees:  Our program's success relies on being paid on schedule. 

· After 3 days, a 10% late fee will be applied.

· After 10 days, a 15% late fee will be applied.

If paying monthly via check, please place check in the mailbox inside the front door at school. August checks can be mailed to school: Roots & Wings Academy, 1073 Westbrook Rd., West Milford, NJ 07480.

 

Financial Responsibility:
In consideration of acceptance of this enrollment agreement by Roots & Wings Academy, the parents/guardians accept responsibility for Roots & Wings Academy’s Annual Program Enrollment Fee, including incidental expenses. Parents/guardians understand that if enrollment is cancelled before the end of the academic year, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining annual program enrollment fee due, to provide compensation for financial losses. 
 
The $350.00 Enrichment Fee and $500.00 deposit are required to secure your child's seat for the upcoming academic year, and should be paid at the time of registration. 
 

· Attendance Policy: Tuition remains due in full, regardless of absences due to illness or vacation, as our balanced calendar and scheduled breaks have already been factored into the overall tuition cost. For further information regarding enrollment changes or cancellations, refer to the terms and conditions of your enrollment agreement. Special exceptions require written approval from the Board of Directors.
